The sale on our online store is based on the following Terms and Conditions, and each Customer should review these before placing an order. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

LAUFQUEN reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. Customers are not bound by changes made to the Terms and Conditions after an order has been placed. By purchasing products from our store, Customers accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to receive promotional materials related to offers, new products, etc.


Online Store Terms and Conditions

Our online store is available to customers of legal age and full legal capacity. We offer online sales with 24/7 availability, 365 days a year. All items sold are new, without any physical or legal defects. Products in our store are physically stocked in our warehouse, with availability updated daily. However, product availability may vary without prior notice.


All prices are in EUROS and do not include VAT, which is added at checkout. LAUFQUEN reserves the right to adjust product prices, introduce new products, modify or withdraw special offers, and make changes to its websites.


Special prices are valid only for a specified period, and Customers cannot claim refunds for differences in price after this period ends. Orders are made by correctly completing the order form on our website. Only registered users with an account can place orders.


Each order placed by a Customer will be confirmed by LAUFQUEN via email to the address provided. LAUFQUEN reserves the right to verify any order; if contact with the buyer cannot be established, or the order cannot be confirmed, LAUFQUEN reserves the right to suspend the order.


LAUFQUEN will fulfill orders within 48 hours after payment is received. In case of any issues, the Customer will be promptly notified. Order fulfillment includes order preparation and dispatch to the Customer.


Payments are processed via Stripe. LAUFQUEN assumes no responsibility for damages or losses during shipping, which are the responsibility of the shipping provider. LAUFQUEN is not responsible for undelivered shipments due to issues such as no contact, no one at home, incorrect delivery addresses, or courier service failures. The courier will make two delivery attempts: first without prior notice and, if unsuccessful, will attempt a second delivery coordinated by phone.


LAUFQUEN will review requests, complaints, and suggestions; and will provide product information verbally, in writing, via email, or through electronic forms. When submitting complaints or queries, Customers should use their order number or provide identifying information. LAUFQUEN will respond to claims within 14 business days from receipt of all necessary information, and responses may be delivered through the same channel as the request.


Returns and Claims Policy

Returns and claims are accepted by phone at +34 91 599 8115, by email at info@laufquen.com, and in writing to LAUFQUEN COMUNICACIONES S.L., Calle Loeches 109 (Nave 56A), 28925, Alcorcón, Madrid, Spain. For returns, the Customer must return the product with all original packaging, instructions, and accompanying documents, along with a purchase invoice copy. The return period is 10 days from the date of purchase. LAUFQUEN does not cover transport costs related to returns. Refunds are processed only if all requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions are met.


No refunds will be issued if the product is used beyond initial inspection, if it is not returned in its original condition, or if it is damaged post-delivery. Refunds cover the product price, including applicable taxes, excluding any transport costs, which remain the Customer's responsibility. Once a claim/return is approved, funds will be refunded to the bank account used for the original transaction within a maximum of 15 days. LAUFQUEN does not issue refunds via mail or courier.


LAUFQUEN reserves the right to verify the identity of the Customer requesting a refund. Customer personal data is stored on a voluntary basis, solely for LAUFQUEN COMUNICACIONES S.L., limited to what is necessary for order processing.
